By accessing or using Arclist ("Service"), operated by an individual developer ("Operator"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Arclist is a credit card tracking and management tool that helps users organize card information, track bonuses, and analyze spending patterns. The Service is currently provided free of charge.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Data

You retain ownership of all data you provide to the Service. We collect your name, email address, and optional card identifiers (such as nicknames) to provide the Service. We do not require or store actual credit card numbers.

All content, design, code, and functionality of Arclist are the exclusive property of the Operator and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. The Operator does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information provided through the Service. Arclist is not a financial advisor and does not provide financial advice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to financial losses based on information provided by the Service.

9. Termination

The Operator reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may request deletion of your data by contacting us.

The Operator may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
